How often?

More often than I would like to, though I do delegate most of the heavy lifting or hiking to my crew.

 I try to as much as possible but I have two bad knees and one bad back and that limits my volunteerism ......

I occasionaly will contract out to my seller for some small repairs...usually they are elderly

Annette - I may do a little cleaning or tightening of a screw here and there, but I need to hire out any real carpentry, drywall, electrical, or plumbing work. I can only do the real simple stuff.

Those poor workers! How can they get anything done with you circling them?

Mostly, I wear sleeveless... so never!  :-)

that's not in my job description now, nor was it ever....I'll refer people but I'm not touching my sleeves....they're pressed, and rolling up is not an option.....

Sometimes we all need to pitch in.

Good morning Annette. Not easy for me to watch anyone work, so rolling up my sleeves would be pretty common.

More often than I would want to. I do have basic skills of a handyman( handy-woman?:), stagger, painter, organizer, gardener, babysitter, etc. etc., and even cleaner if such needed. Sometimes you have to move fast:)

And I was going to answer, "it's been too hot to wear sleeves."

But, yes, there are times to pitch in to get it done. I have an associate who is good at making sure these things get done so the sale can go through.

I worked contsruction and maintenance for years and eventually got into flipping homes before becoming a Realtor.  I hire everything but painting out today.
