Good morning Richie. Observed many of my Realtor referral partners that do their work at the level you described. That is one reason they are so successful.

I don't know about bending over backwards, but I work within my sellers/buyers boundaries to make a deal happen. I look forward to each transaction and both agents working together to make it happen. I love it when the other side wants to play along, too, and make things happen and not be a butt over the deal.

Richie Alan Naggar Transactions always go smoother when there are two cooperative agents. I always try to be that agent.

I have worked with some terrific buyers agents that made it so pleasant I wanted to hug them. I hope I create pleasant experiences for the listing agents when I am on the buyer side of transactions.

Richie,

I love people like that.  My theory is that we should given a shout out to all the wonderful agents we have met and their perspective and how they handled every situation.  I think this would be much more productive that all the ranting and raving that is common place about the "other idiot agent".  We need to build our reputation, not constantly talk about the rotten apples.  Every profession has them.  A

I've seen it happen and am definitely appreciate when it does. When I recognize exceptionally considerate principals and agents on the other side, I usually give a bottle of wine as a thank-you.

Yes and as long as the other agent is not 'selling' their principal 'down the river'  I am fine with that behavior.
