You haveb to decide the addresses of the complexes...and do the reserach or buy a mailing list that has the apartment numbers or unit letters on each one and the LO pays the postage...likely you will pay/write/design the printed piece as well.

You provide the addresses generally printed out on Avery 5160 labels - you should be able to do it from your multiple listing service

She was probably referring to ADDRESS labels. I use the Every Door Direct with the Postal service aka EDDM. You may want to inquire about it. Usually costs less to mail.
I personally do not like putting "labels" on my mailings.
If you need more information on the EDDM, let me know.

I would think she is saying she will provide the labels for the mail out. If in doubt just ask her to explain.

It appears that you have received helpful answers.
You will become very familiar with address labels if you plan to market to apartments dwellers.

How large of a mailing are you considering Sheila Robinson ? If it is not too large, I would not recommended pre-printed labels. I liked to hand write the address on the envelope. The open rate is better. Good luck!
