No but if they ask I do have connections with two major home security providers to connect them with. I do not push one company over the other, I ask them to shop for the best deal.

 Good Tuesday morning Doyle. It depends upon the area in which one lives. I have never suggested one to get am alarm system, however; if one is present I do make mention of it.

You have to be tactful when making that suggestion.  They may think you know something they don't and maybe they should look somewhere else.

Not specifically no, however I do mention that if they ever need anything regarding their home I have handymen and professionals. Sometimes they call me.

No I do not feel like that is my job. Would it imply that you think it is an unsafe area? I know they will get many calls and mailings about security systems after closing. Plus more than half of what I show and sell already has one.

Absolutely not. That is something for my clients to discuss and act on if they feel the need. I would never suggest it.

Doyle - I do not suggest getting a security system to my clients, but if they ask I could provide them with a name or two.

I have learned that what one says can be taken many ways. If asked, I can comment.

I recommend to my clients a service called Utility Concierge that helps them get all of their utilities set up, including alarm, DirecTV, etc.  I don't specifically recommend to get an alarm system though.
