Lukily I have both rapport with female and male customers.  I am myself and that works for both sexes.

It's more the individual than the gender.  I have good report with either in some cases, and not so good with others.

It does not make any difference.

Women do tend to get more excited about a home purchase.

I have not noticed much difference between them, however we do have far more male clients than female, which is likely just an ownership demographic for forestland.

Every transaction is different and personalities dictate the relationship.  One thing that I do to be fair is whichever party first makes contact will be the primary client and their name appears first on all mail-outs and commutations.  This changes should the relationship dictate the opposite.

Females are easier to establish repport.. Males are all afflicted with 'the' common problem.

Tell us Capt'n, do you have easier repport with men or women? With boaters or proffessors? Water folk or mall dwellers?
