Setting up a few pages targeting buyers and integrating it with your current marketing will produce for you.  Additionally you can setup Facebook Ads that target Facebook users in your area and direct traffic to the pages.

Get lisings. My experience is that I usually sell two additional homes to every 1 listing that I get. Sign calls, internet calls, craigslist, I use Trulia (and I'm very happy with them) post cards, open houses and referrals are all part of my marketing to buyers. If you get listings and do these things for each one, your phone will ring off the hook with buyers. 

Do you have past clients?  Brian Buffini has an awesome system of keeping in touch with them, I would suggest reading everything you can about his way of doing business.

do you do opens with realtors? starters are best i think for this. have you checked out listing booster? and sorry to say..Craigslist works! it can work if used properly
