Nothing like a list of properties to get the buyers interested, focus on the sellers.

Your link mentions "Lead Generating Landing Pages" which is a sound marketing method.
I wrote a blog post on the subject with an example of a buyer lead capture "real estate squeeze page". See it here: http://activerain.com/blogsview/4674007/real-estate-landing-pages-a-quick-how-to-guide
You can also get a free guide with examples and a how to video on the subject here: http://leads.postAprop.com
Setting up a few pages targeting buyers and integrating it with your current marketing will produce for you. Additionally you can setup Facebook Ads that target Facebook users in your area and direct traffic to the pages.
This will work for you.

Get lisings. My experience is that I usually sell two additional homes to every 1 listing that I get. Sign calls, internet calls, craigslist, I use Trulia (and I'm very happy with them) post cards, open houses and referrals are all part of my marketing to buyers. If you get listings and do these things for each one, your phone will ring off the hook with buyers.

Do you have past clients? Brian Buffini has an awesome system of keeping in touch with them, I would suggest reading everything you can about his way of doing business.
