If I could reinstall it, I would do it.  If not, I would call the agent and advise them.  We owe each other the respect; regardless of one would do the same for us. 

Absolutely, I would fix it if I could. If I could not fix it I would call the agent

Debbie - If it is something I could fix, I probably would. If it is something I couldn't fix, I would at least call the agent and let them know.

If it is a stick in the ground I will re stick it, if it is "planted" I will notify the agent.

honestly it depends.  How big is it, how heavy is it, where did it fall.  If it's pretty simple I put it back up.  If it's huge or in the giant ravine next to the driveway I call the listing agent.

Anything that is out of the expected, I will contact the listing agent with the details.

Depends, if i have a good rapport with the agent, if it is easy to do and i wont get dirty. Otherwise i may call then to tell them. 

If it were convenient, I might try to correct the sign. If not, I would email the agent.

In our area, most of the agents use post signs and the wind can sometimes disconnect the signs.

Yes, I have done that a few times, and if I can't get it back in the ground I call them to let them know.

I have arrived at a few properties that were listed by other agent and if something has fallen or out of place I would try my best to fix it on the spot.  If not I would send the agent a friendly text.

Right the sign if possible and let the agent know it had fallen down. 

I make it standard practice to intentionally knock my competitor's signs down every time I show one of their listings.  

I put it back up. I would hope another agent would do the same for me. Good question. 

Of course!  Putting it back up would be the right thing to do as long as it didn't take any special tools or major work.

Just fixed one at a home inspection.Lol. I do why not if I can. I do let the agent know if it needs further repair. 

That is a good question Debbie!   Most often the signs are not in the ground longer enough, but have been known to straighten them!  

We treat other agents the way we hope they would treat us. 

Sure, why not, the way our weather rolls through at times they all get displaced. I let the associate know though just in case one of mine gets a lean on it and needs help. We're all in this together!
