1)  I expect people to operate on a basis of fairness and respect, so I can't say I actually have pre-set boundaries. However, with clients I do give them boundaries on my time. 2)  When a person does not meet my expectations I tell them straight up "That is not acceptable".  I've done this in relationships, with the kids, and in business.  I just do not allow to be disrepected or have my no drama life upset.  I am polite but stern.  It works for me.
