I've also noticed that most of those have male listing agents. LOL

Winston... truly a question for the ages! I often wondered that myself. But here's another question, why put in three photos of toilets with their seats up in one listing? I've seen that as well!

I think it has to do with lack of attention to detail. That has always been my guess.

I saw one where the agent was selling his own house and the picture of the bathroom showed him in the mirror taking the picture wering an undershirt and boxer shorts.

It has to be a large impressive bath before I put a picture of it in the MLS. I don't know why agents take phots of powder room with seat up? makes no sense.

Haha yes! We did an interview with Leif Swanson, the runner of UglyHousePhotos.com Not sure if you're all familiar with it, but that's one of his pet peeves. That and knotted curtains *gags*

Winston- I have no idea, and if there is an agent here who does that, maybe they';ll explain why.

When I hear a BUYER state they don't want to see the house because the toilet set is up, or the bed was unmade, or dishes on the counter, then I can pay attention to this concern. Until then, it's just an example of agents diminishing other agents.

Meanwhile, those who seek to find fault will always accomplish their goal.

I find it more puzzling why an agent listing a 3 bedroom house is compelled to submit 25 images. That just plain counterproductive.....opps, I just found fault!

Put down the offense you picked and attend to that which is important.

I have seen that as well, but if the lid is up and toilet clean, why is it so offensive?
