Has anyone ever been able to get a reverse mortgage accepted under the list price? These are subject to hud guidelines 24 cfr 206.125 The ones that I have come across have all been over priced.

They are FHA loans and must meet those guidelines. In my experience, it's all about the appraisal. If the appraiser sees the value in the listing price there shouldn't be any problems.
