Not at all. We have the majority of our buyers coming from out of state and the U.S. Seller? Again, no; too many people both in the Sarasota Market and San Diego Area.

I relocated to San Diego in November 2003. From 2004 through 2011 I only worked with strangers. Then in 2011 the floodgates opened and my 1st generation clients started investing, buying up, relocating and referring a lot. I started working with professional friends & repeat clients. So, it took quite a while to start over here, after having a thriving business in The Bay area that was 80% friends 1999-2003. But the relocation forced a lot of personal & professional growth I'd never trade or regret.
