Well that varies from closing to closing. Sometimes it's "thank god that one is over...". And other times, "it's a miracle we pulled that one off". Usually it's "yeah, what a great bunch of people I get to work with". And every once in awhile it's "that was so fun and all the principles are so great to work with it would be OK if we had some more time before closing"
Always there's the post closing check list which includes a keep in touch program of one kind or other.
