1. Technical competence - they don't need to be told how to enter data into MLS or use the virtual tour software.

2. The ability to read my mind - seriously. Anticipate what I need and you'll be valued for life.

3. Self starter who doesn't need to be told what to do every step of the way.

Extensive computer skills. This may seem like a given, but some people can't seem to figure the computer out. Ability to think on their own. This is a must. See what needs to be done and do it. Those are my top two.
