In Louisiana, for real estate you do.
In my state you would.
In Texas you do.
Check with the department of professional licensing in your state!
in my state you need a broker's license. Only a broker may be paid. He can in turn pay agents.
You do in Tennessee and that check has to be made out to your broker and he has to be the one to pay you.
In my state you do and this includes referral checks from other agents. You must be licensed. I live in Colorado.
It also depends on the state
it would not be considered a commission check.
It depends on the type of commission cheques you are receiving.
For Ga you do need a real estate license.
