Neither, we are very focused on who we want to work with.  If you have to push someone into working with you, the headache ratio increases  to the 1000 factor.  It comes under the category of "Who Needs It".  A

I've never been pushy.... highly competitive.... one can pressure without the other party realizing they are being pressured.... I don't like the word pushy.... I never push.... it's more of a "back door" pressure....like a "back draft".... 

I think I'm mellowing with age, Debbie.  Though I am finding that I have less and less patience with fools.

I am competitive, but never pushy. The art of the deal is to lead the client to the best decision and let the client make the decision. Certainly, some times I do have to ask for the sale!

I'm competitive mostly with myself.  I expect more of myself than others, but I guess I can be pushy if I think someone isn't carrying their weight.

I have my own goals to reach, so I strive to be better than I was yesterday.

Debbie, I do not consider myself "pushy", or highly competitive. I do however strive to be the very best I can be and in what I do to keep my Clients happy, and to always have a positive attitude, and look at the bright side in any situation at hand.

As a person, I don't consider myself to be competitive or pushy. I CAN however, display these behaviors in certain circumstances.

I am competative in sports and many things in life but pushing is not one of them.

I believe in the challenger method of selling ... this method is not pushy, but definitely competitive ...I build trust quickly by listening carefully to the customers wants and needs then show them a realistic plan to get them where they want to be.

I always ask the customer for their commitment to work with me and promise them 100% commitment and the highest level of service. If the customer is unrealistic, I let them know ... in the nicest of ways of course.

yes and no.  I'm very competitive, but never pushy.

I've never been accused of being pushy. I am determined, however. And when in competition, Debbie, I really only compete with myself.

Think I am somewhere below pushy, but do think I am competitive.  I strive to be very good at what I do daily.   BUT, we can always learn something new.

I am very competitive and compassionate about my business.  I surround myself with people in the real estate industry to learn as much as I can from others.

Competitive and pushy.

When I cross the finish line before 4,000 other runners is to because I was more competitive, more intent. more aggressive? Could it be I had a better strategy, outlasted, out maneuvered those behind me? Maybe calamity was imposed on the laggers and had nothing to do with me.

The thing is, we all ended up on the good side of the finish line. How I perceive I got there it is not relevant because it is only what OTHERS say about us that matter. The answer to the question we present to ohters "Who do you say that I am?" is what matters.

My MOM says I crossed before all the others because I finished my peas. I say my highly competitive, even pushy nature is simply the result of being well focused, exceedingly enthusiastic, and ready to get into the game...NOW!

I think during certain times both as I have no problem voicing my opinions when asked. I think buyers and sellers want someone to take charge and sometimes taking charge puts you in the pushy competitive side of things

Ours can be a competitive business. I am not pushy. I am confident in my skills and I believe that I am very competent.
