My MLS just offered Showing Time for free for its members. My company still uses Showingsdotcom that allows us to send feedback surveys to showing agents. When I receive the feedback, I read it and edit the showing agent's name and company out, then forward the feedback to my sellers without changing the remarks.

I do not expect agents to provide feedback via automated systems. If feedback was really wanted, I would get it. It is like having 50 images in the MLS....agents fill the slots because they are there, not because the add any value at all

No. I will not deliberately set myself up to be ambushed by open source feedback that may be inappropriate or misdirected. Sorry, I don't trust agents to treat others with respect and honor in all things at all times. I will be the gatekeeper. However, I will share, properly formatted, all feedback received from any source.

I always review feedback first. So often agents confuse houses and send me feedback about the wrong house and then I have clients who are upset. Sometimes agents say something that is so inappropriate it's not worth upsetting your clients.

Nancy Robinson - I think it's fair that seller reads the feedback directly from the buyer's agent. I share it as it with my buyers.

Read feedback and consolidate it into a weekly report. I generally send an agent email or call you for feedback and thank you for taking time to show. I always think its impotant whether an agent writes or not. When I list we agree on a mutual day for all feedback from all sources . # of showings , any new listings, price adjustments etc.

Depends on the sellers. If tech savvy, they get the information raw sent via email. If not, print out what I can and hand it to them.
