A lot of education and sharing of information - a collegial atmosphere rather than a competitive closed door environment where the top producers challenge each other to improve and share information that will help that process

top producing agents are not always the best to recruit.... the average income producing is prime, and then with mentoring and the right guidance, creating a top producing agent of that person is IDEAL....

Bob. Not sure there is a specific model, people are attracted to people and companies that are successful. I get calls all the time, but seldom hire new agents, as I am very selective. We pay very well and qualify of our people is really high end, that information get around.

Thinking outside the box is good. Evolving with the technology and maybe having a tech person on hand to deal with the new changes and to educate. Profit sharing and a company health care plan are great ways to attract agents and to keep them productive.

I have had people work in my office but I find it hard to keep agents . They take advantage  of you , do things that may require you to use your errors and omissions , or think they are ready to be on their own, or just walk in one day and say they are leaving to go work for someone else . Go figur
