Pros, no boss and a beautiful island to explore with clients. Cons, impossible to take many days off without losing business and difficult to manage my time.

Like Chris and Dick Dovorany mine is a resort market. I haven't had to do island tours (equivalent to Chris' city tours) so no complaints there. We do have a long average DOM though because second/vacation homes are not urgent purchases for most people. Sellers get anxious and I remind them we talked about sales taking over 6 months...

My #1 complaint is buyers not being honest.  We are a resort market, 2nd home market, I don't need or want to do city tours.
