Yes and no.  All my e-mails dump into one.

I have lost count of the number of email accounts I manage through every known free service.

About 25 are set aside for validating systems sold to real estate professionals.

An email address for every value offer made.

An email address identifying every location to be exploited.

And of course the 8 we all have provided by our mobile service, MLS, franchise, broker, and the ones containing out names.

I have at least 10 maybe 12 email addresses.  Doesn't mean I use them all.  

I have 5, set up for different tracking purposes, but 4 are on auto pilot; I only have to manage one. 2 gmail, 2 based on my website and one CB e-mail address.

Yes, My core business email account (buyers, sellers, clients, agents lawyers, lenders etc) from my brokerage. I have a personal account for friends and family. I have one just for vendors that solicit me that I never check and I have a "ficticious buyer" email account when I can't get info from listing agent because they know I'm an agent :-)

I do have multiple accounts but use only two of them on a normal basis. 

I lost count of how many I have, some of those old ones just get visit every few months and are mostly spam.

But my main addresses are for various parts of my business and personal organizations that I help with.

"Manage" is a subjective term when it comes to email for me.  I have about 10 email accounts, most go to my phone, a few are reserved for specific tasks, but I don't check/work through each account every day.

Yes, I am up too 3 I check daily, one for each business. Thankfully with iphones and all that they all go to one phone.
