I do not manage anyone's propeties but my own. I do refer them to qualified proeprty managers.

There are  many realtors that also do property management,so we do give the names of several agents that manage in the area that our clients are buying in.

We do that as part of our service to the buyer and never ask for a referral fee on property management.

Absolutely. I don't do rentals or management. I have several people in town who specialize in this and they serve my clients much better than I ever could do.
