I believe years ago yes but that was probably 20 years ago. Now I have no problem with financing but I use the same banks over and over.

I'm applying for a mortage and the lender is asking.  My corp is not buying the home but because I am a self employed PC, they care about my income.

You mean by a lender.  Is your corporation buying the home?  If not, change lenders.
