What tools, resources do I need to implement before hiring sales agents? California Brokers, in particular, do you know of a good resource? I am looking for infrastructure pieces...not hiring advice.

After many years, I have decided that I would like to hire a few agents. I don't really know what accounting tools, back-end paperwork systems, etc that I need to have in place. Would welcome some guidance about the 'must have's' so I can embark on a new phase of my career. My brokerage is virtual, not brick and mortar. Thank in advance!!!

I would have a contest in the office to have your agents bring in their friends. Our office does that. I also get at least 4 e-mails a week from brokerages wanting us to move over.
