I like the more personal and humourous posts.  I post many of my listings and just solds as well because I need the SEO on those, not comments.

My more popular posts are about food - go figure!

I like them all Michael.  Expecially the ones that help you get to know the blogger.  Humorous is always a plus.

Short ones

I like to read a variety and write a variety.... 

The best part of AR is the variety, so I like it all.

My favorite is when I learn something - either I learn something about a fellow blogger or I learn a new skill.

I prefer the ones where I learn something. And, then some of the personal stories and fun ones.

I think it is good to keep a good mix going, though the ones I read are the motivational, humorous, and personal reflections.

The rest are great for business, so all very important.

i liked  Joe Petrowsky answer the best. I am hee to learn more and improve my skills , i couldn't care less about what home sold in s. fla. but i know they do there , and folks here are mostly posting for their peeps...

i to be honest am not even sure i want my clients to read it:)  . especially with my humor and typing skills. I think your question said it best for me.. Motivational then humor.. I try like heck to do both. years ago i was on radio and i told the producer, 10% of the time u will hate me and get calls complaining. 30% you could take it or leave it. but 60% of the time i will make you squirm. And hopefully laugh.he shrugged his shoulders and stomped off.

Interesting.  Something that is interesting to read knowing of course we are posting the just listed/just sold, market reports to our public and that is the reason we are all here.

I like to read ones from (of course) you and Jay Markanich because I learn something but otherwise I don't like the just listed, sold, market reports etc.  I like posts that makes one think, like marketing, motivational, funny, and what is going on in your area... Of course the list goes on

While I enjoy the humorous and personal stuff that is non real estate related, I probably most like the posts that are real life experiences that generate thoughtful conversation or debate.
