Just extra propane tank for the grill, candles and a phone that goes directly into the wall.

I do keep a kit in my truck, small little medical kit, jumper cables, spare key safe, contractors box, work gloves (when I install my for sale signs), tools (mult-use Leatherman, plyers), flashlights, zip ties (I swear I find a new use for them every week!), tape measure, HVAC temp gun (to check split temps we asked to be corrected on the BINSR), outlet gauge/tester, bunge cords, couple of knifes, and just in case of "emergency situations" an old police nightstick.

We have an emergency water supply and also keep flashlights and lanterns in easy to find locations in case of outages. We have plenty of food does not require cooking.

William Feela Yes, we do. We seem to be having a lot of rain and storms lately.

Winter yes, but not much needed for summer other than our camping gear and mobile office stuff to keep the computers running.

I have a backup generator, (big automatic type).  So, I don't really have much else that I need.
