Yes, I get many and it represents about 1/3 of my business. I'm not sure about conversion rate as we screen a bunch out, but close rate on the appts is about the same as my overall close rate - prob. at least 60%.

we get plenty of leads and sometimes it's difficult to track where they come from....I market in so many different places online and offline.... and everything is integrated....I'm going to just stay with the program of marketing that I've created.... if it's not broken, there's nothing to fix....

Seems to be a universal theme among real estate professionals.
Track conversions? You bet. And just like everyone else, the stats for ALL the websites are tracked. The rain falls from many clouds and websites are just a part of the cloud cover.
