I have a retirement from 29 years in law enforcement.  I did supplement my income in the past from accident reconstruction but now I just don't have the time

Sadly I must rely on what I make in real estate.

Good morning Bill. Love the photo, thanks for sharing it. I am a real estate investor, have been for many years.

I run my own marketing consulting business and education company. Another job for someone else no, I just like expanding my own brands/businesses presence all the time.

Bill - I work seasonally for the Los Angeles Angels during Spring Training, and during the Arizona Rookie League as well. In addition, I work for the Arizona Fall League.

This is all part-time, a few hours per day/night, a few times per week at the most. It never interferes with my real estate, and is work that I really love.

not one that pays, but I have always had some sort of volunteer thing on the side. I recently got done with a term on a non profit as the secretary.  I was there through the start up and all the IRS filings of the 501C so I put in many hours on it.

I am also a degreed Interior Designer; which is my first profession. I still take Design clients, but have scaled back somewhat, and do consultation only for the most part.  My Design profession definitely enhances and complements my Real Estate business, and I feel the two go hand in hand. Both my sellers and buyers see it as an added value, whether in helping to get their home market ready and staging,  or co-ordinating a move-in.

Yes, as an author and ghost writer.

Yes, as a challenge coach...but I don't get paid....so I do it to measure how big their eyes get when the see what they believe they can not do. When you see that spark in their eyes that did not exist before, when they've done it, I've received all the gold I can carry.

I work as a solid waste and recycling consultant and work for a Florida company on call... One or two jobs a year right now...

I teach real estate classes through my brokerage and the BHHS franchise as well as for some local Realtor associations here in the Southern California region. I'll pay you 25% for your LA/OC area referrals!

I do, I am a real estate Instructor which is my main line of work.

Property management but I consider it real estate

I help my hubby run he online Real Estate School in Johns Creek Ga.
