I am concerned about the lenders getting the information sent out to buyers on time. Most transactions that involve lenders don't close in 30 days anyway, lucky if they close in 45 days, now it will be 60 for sure. Other than that, I think the new forms are easy to understand.
I'm ready. Not happy about the extra time we'll need in escrow but hoping the paperwork is actually easier for clients to understand.
I did like the faster pace of the 30 day closings.
Hi Chris -- I've been to one seminar so far highlighting the changes - I guess time will tell. Who knows what may happen before or after October 1, 2015.
