I would like to see an example of such and picture.
I share the same concern with those sprouting pets or hats or shades or even worse, their children.
As we all understand, these are subjective evaluations and of little value unless we know the level of SUCCESS of the subject of interest.
SUCCESS has the final word.

What other people think of me is none of my business :)

It depends on if I know them or not!
If i do sometimes a second set of eyes helps.

No, probably not. That is up to them as to whether or not to change their photo.

There was a guy in here with a very close up headshot (probably a selfie) with a 3 day old beard and a knit hat on his head. I replied to one of his questions then said, you need a more professional picture. He replied back "why, whats wrong with my picture"?

No I do not consider that my business. People are touchy about their photos and we all have different viewpoints on what is good and what is not. As long as it isn't offensive I would keep my mouth shut. Now if they are a close friend then I might say they are better looking than the photo and offer to help them get a better shot.

I don't think I would, that is a part of business I think everyone can figure out on their own.

Winston, I don't believe it's up to me to critique the pictures of others, unless they were a really good friend.
