Paul, it is possible that your success is intimidating to this person. People that lash out like that that don't even know you and haven't met you are unprofessional and will most likely fail if they continue to carry around negative attitude or hatred. That means they may not be confident in their ownselves, or their abilities to sell Real Estate as well as you can..maybe say a prayer for them.. and don't stoop to their levels.

In my area, we have over 42,000 agents and a population exceeding 5 million and the number has been increasing each year. The odds are very high that multiple people will be listing in a particular farming area.
