What is/are the best groups to post a "Land Trade for Home Building" blog?

Owner has 4 creek front lots in the Methow Valley, wants to sell 3 to pay for building a home. Will trade lots for home, has no direct need for the cash.

Sorry but I have heard here that the groups don't really do anything anymore. Maybe with new ownership that will change again.
