A photo is worth a thousand words. From your home page go under My blog to Blog Settings. after you are there scroll down until you see the notify me by email box and uncheck the ones you don't want in your email. They will still be on your AR home page but not in your email.  

change your preferences, just uncheck the box that requests the notifications.

Yup, I hate it too but others here are missing it because it's been absent for a few days.

Marco -- temporary glitch and a first world problem.   I think you can turn-off notifications although I never have.   

Marco Giancola - something may have gone wrong. I received about 100 of them - and deleted them. Looks like a glitch during the last update and I am sure it will be fixed soon.

You can disable all notifications if you wish. I no longer get the likes notifications, just the comments.

You have to go into your settings.  You can adjust your notifications.
