However, without doubt, consumers will seek out a number, even if they know it is incorrect.

How can a real estate professional, knowing what we all know, leverage this need of the consumer in a way that intercepts their interests.

We all know that FREE CMA thingy just isn't getting the job done.

Do a APV feature on your website address this? Why not?

I have had success with a different take of this consumer pattern. It would be beneficial to those agents who do open houses to engage the visitor in conversation regarding their house hunting resources. ask if they use zillow, what do they think of the value, and why they don't like it. If you squeeze, you will discover it is not because it is inaccurate, they expect that.
