I have had success with a different take of this consumer pattern. It would be beneficial to those agents who do open houses to engage the visitor in conversation regarding their house hunting resources. ask if they use zillow, what do they think of the value, and why they don't like it. If you squeeze, you will discover it is not because it is inaccurate, they expect that.
