Good question. As a buyers agent I had been writing in 2-10 Home Warranty. But have had some compliants from clients, heard about Complete Protection. Look them up, offerred in only 33 states but for $600 a year they are covered. The neat part is NO DEDUCTABlE or service call and they can pick anyone they want for service. I will write them in on the next contract I write for buyers. I have used AHS before too, expensive but good coverage.
