Unless it is a very unusal home they are looking for we write an offer within days and close with in weeks. If I can talk to them I usually get them.

In my Lexicon, a conversion is someone who has given me their contact information. This is much different than the common use of the word lead which is simply one molecule more than a vapor.

From conversion to closing my rate is 23%. However, there is a great number of clingers (not included in the stat) that are hard to know how to count.
