Nothing. I learned years ago to only worry about things I could control.

Interesting question and responses. I am sure that at some point someone somewhere has said that to each of us. I choose to be concerned versus worrying.

I stop talking and I leave. "Don't worry" is the same as "I cant hear you" the who says that to another is not interested in listening and assisting in a problem solving conversation. IF you are sharing your concerns and or fears and some one pipes back with "don't worry." They are not really with you.

Start worrying because if someone tells you not to worry, there is probably something going on that you need to be worried about.

Paul I don't worry. That's a waste of time! I am pretty sure nobody would tell me that.

Worry and look into it more, sometimes things really have been taken care of, however more often then not I find people try to hide something.

Um that might be a red flag...how ever it's ok to hear, "No worries"..that means..we're all good. there's a difference in the wording. oh and eye contact or body language can tell you alot if somebody is sincere with you, or just plain up to no good.
