My favorite is the airplane banner even though the cost is prohibitive and results negligible for real estate. It does get the name out there though, people generally remember seeing it.

my BEST COACH EVER FEARLESS AGENT told of a Realtor in New Zealand

who passed out 750 business cards a mo. putting them in mail boxes (you are not allowed to do that in the USA illegal...federal offence.

and on the back he WROTE I am interested in talking with you about your property, could you call me at: 602 570 2442 Regards Dan Dee

and he got 70 calls a month, so he began paying someone to deliver them

I will begin this Saturday the plan is 70 a day 4 days a week...

I highly recomment TOASTMASTERS I joined 10 yers ago in the past 5 years have earned $70,000 in commissions from TALKING about real estate in my 7 min speeches.
