If no price click leads to landing page, it is perfect.

Sometimes people want a call.  A question and a one on one to convert a looker into a client

I agree with most of the sentiments that blog or online listings on your website should have prices.

But what about on postcards where, because it's a hardcopy obviously, it's harder to change things?

I agree... I also put the price on all my material, no matter where I post it.  I do not want to field calls all day long 9if they call at all) or respond to emails about the price.

I agree.  Neither agents nor home buyers like to play guessing games.

Give us a price and we may preview or show.

No price, no preview or show.

I remember "range pricing" where homes for sale were listed at "from X to X".

Didn't work.

I agree Dennis, I always feel like if they know the price and know it is within their range they get far more excited and still call and those are just the best calls to get!

Thanks for all the answers guys! It is hugely frustrating to me to not put prices on things.

I agree.  The reader will find the price online eventually.  Why make it more difficult for them.

Dennis when I blog on this platform I don't put the price but put the link to my site which has all the information.  Leaving the price out has indeed made my phone ring.

Hi Dennis -- it's a head scratcher as far as I am concerned.  The perception as others have mentioned is that the property is overpriced.

I can saywithout a price, it leaves a bad taste in a buyers mouth and even in buyer agents  mouths and often it is skipped over becuase they tried to get sneaky to get more calls.

I agree with Roy, no price usually means overpriced. Everytime I see a car parked on side of road for sale, the first thing i do is look to see if they have a price on it. If I knew it was in my price range, I might stop and look at it, call owner, etc. If no price is listed, I don't stop or call. I don't want to hear a bunch of bs about how much money seller just spent on it, etc. Price is the #1 factor that will make me look at it. Same applieas to land and houses.

I always include price on all my material. Buyers really get annoyed when there is no price. And at the end of the day, I don't want the "wrong" people calling me about my homes.

Agents need to learn that when no price is mentioned, many assume that the property is probably overpriced.
