My CRM Wise Agent also has a real estate agent accounting system integrated and fully configurable. Perhaps your CRM will also have that feature for those who need up to the minute budget accountability. You will find the system that allow you to attach digital receipts to the expense entry are worth their weight in gold.

That begs the question, "How much does a 6 megabyte file weigh?"

I set up my own. Took about 15 minutes on some pre-pritned ledger paper and it is faster than jumping on-the computer, find the site and then enter. by then I am already done.
