A good plan in place is important.

Plan the week.

just reviewing some questions and answers from this time last year, looks like this one got a few good replies.

An intimate yoga class followed by a yogurt/granola/fruit parfait.  

A successful Monday to me, means setting some time Sunday evening to plan out the week, so come Monday morning you know exactly what you should accomplish.

I see there are a lot of coffee drinkers.

Turn on my lap top and begin my day.

So many fight monday, when if you love what you do, are in the right profession and can not wait to get to work. It is a routine of ad for the week, not making tons of appointments for a monday morning when lots of emergencies come up anyway. So do what comes up, do the routine you always do... check answering machine, voice mail, start the 250 email responses, pull out the to do list and check the calendar for when is that closing or appraiser showing up? If you need a vacation, plan it. But unless today is, it is a slew of things that need tackling. Hanging around the water cooler is not one of them.

Affirmations and actions plans for the week that fit into your goals

I kind of have a belief that how I begin the week, sets the tone for the remainder of the week.  I usually try to map or plan out the week on Monday morning, or the weekend before.  I've had an extremely busy few days.  Tomorrow, I plan to chill, and take in a little R&R, before ramping up once again!

Well, tomorrow I'll be at the State Capitol speaking in front of the House to kill a bill making it more difficult for homeowners to lease solar panels!  Okay, but really I'd rather start out at the gym to get my brain cells going!

I start my day off with a cup of coffee, then head for the computer.

I would sleep in. Not worry about phone calls. Sit on my patio and enjoy a glass of iced tea. (I don't drink coffee). Then slowly start my day which would include a long walk with my dog. 

Prospecting, talking to clients, designing new marketing pieces. WAIT, HOLD THE PHONE! I would like a closing at 10 am, noon, 2 pm and then again at 4 pm.

I would like to get up early, walk on the treadmill and drink my coffee, watch the news and have a slow start to my day. Doesn't usually happen.

A long walk or jog on the beach at Hanalei, my favorite start to many mornings!

I would start by checking my messages and e-mails and then out to the lake fishing.

I would be cAmping, Chris.  Except it is a little too cold yet here in Minnesota for me to do that!
