I would like to do a seller seminar at one of my listings and invite neighbors. I am not sure if I should have the seminar on a week night or during the weekend. Has anyone done a seller seminar?

I have never had a seminar, but my guess that a weeknight would be the best time. Most people have excuses not to attend on the weekends.

I kind of agree with Gita's point I think you're trying to mix apples with oranges. I'm all for a seller's seminar...but I would do it in an ofice setting and not in someone's home.

If I were selling my house I would not like the idea of the agent having a seller seminar at my house. There are many sellers who do not want open houses for buyers because the neighbors will come in.
