From your profile, one can assume you are a funding source for flippers. Perhaps you also offer transactional funding. Who knows? Your profiles is to sketchy.

From your question, you are wanting real estate professionals to refer their investors clients to you.

That is all possible, but better results happen when you add more fabric to your profile which should include the profile of your preferred client, requirement such as project portfolio's, and even a reference or two would not be a bad idea.
