It takes about two weeks longer than a regular FHA so at least 45 days. I have seen it take up to 60. It depends how cooperative the buyer is with getting their docs in.

Hello Kevin when i was a loan officer if you structure it correctly 30 day , now that i am a Realtor 45 days usually ,but your lender of choice if he has experience doing them can tell you what he is averaging.have a great weekend
