Standard voicemail

My message is about me, and I encourage people to leave a message so I can get back with them right away. 

Mine is just "I'm with a client or on the phone, please leave a number", but there is an agent in our office whose voicemail says "I will call you back just as soon as humanly possible".  And it must not EVER be humanly possible, because she never returns the phone calls..

"Sorry I can not take your call. Right now I am giving important guidance regarding the Palm Harbor real esate market to a previous caller. 

So I can be prepared to respond thoroughly to your needs please leave your name, location, tele # and purpose for your call.

I WILL RETURN YOUR CALL AT 11AM OR 4PM OR SOONER, IF POSSIBLE.

Typical - Brief Greeting follow by please leave your name number, and a brief message.

I do want to know why they called. If it's important they get called back first, if they are offering SEO advice... well...

Leave an email too, otherwise phone tag and delay happens. The what can I help you with, your email and your number and we will get right back with you. Thanking them for calling. Looking forward to serving them is the tone, attitude.

Here, the most used template:

''Hi, you've reached X. XX with XXX Realty, I am not available at the moment to take your call, please leave me you name, a telephone number you can be reached at and a short message and I will return your call as soon as I can.''

I just changed a provider and I think, I still did not set anything there. But usually, it is just name and polite request to leave a quick message, name and a phone number.

Ufortunately, I do not even have my company name and individual name. I only have my name...

It has my name and says I'm a Realtor in Clarksville. I ask them leave their name and phone number and I will call back as soon as I can. I don't need to know why they are calling or what time it is and all that stuff. But I do want them to leave their number and not assume I have it.
