Definitely Listings To Leads. Check it out here: ListingsToLeads. It is a very powerful system not just for landing pages, but in promoting your listings (along with Active Rain, of course! :) ).

Hands down Listings To Leads is the easiest cheapest way to create effective landings pages FAST.

We've been successful providing a landing page that provides the Consumer with what they're looking for, pictures of homes in the nighborhood they're interested in. Since we're redirecting a URL to the landing page, SEO is tough to do, so we use Paid-per-click.
I would study how to blog here - and do it often. The SEO on this site is really good.
The reason I say that, is a landing page is no good if it isn't found in the search engine(s). The page isn't the solution, getting found is.
Ask your past buyers what they "searched for" online. Learn the relevant terms that you can use to get found. Think, study, try, terms that you think are what people are using to find the properties that you want to sell.
Then blog using SEO techniques within your blog. You will learn what works when you better understand SEO. (google it). There are things you can do within your blog here that can be better than one landing page.
I have been a Realtor and a web developer since 1996. I have coded over 35,000 web pages. The page is not the answer, the SEO is.
KW Command is looking good for these.
Not an expert.
So many! Good answers here.
There are many.
Listings 2 Leads is great, easy and really is a 14 day trial. Much much more than just landing pages. Although, as someone else mentioned - you will need to promote the landing pages.
Sounds like a lot of the answers covered the most popular resources. You can't go wrong with one of them.
Russ Ravary well, goes without saying, ListingsToLeads - and if you use this link to sign up, it will give you 21 days of trial as compared to 14 by going there directly.
What a great question and the answers are very informative. I will check back to see what our Active Rain family thinks. Listing to leads look like something to seriously consider.
I like what Corinne Guest said!
I have heard good things about Listing to Leads from other agents even Bob Stewart mentioned them but I use Market Leader to send my prospects to.
I've used several different forms of landing pages. Mostly free sites like Wix and use that in post or shortened URLs on Twitter or in emails. Use it in specific client oriented blog post or really any form of immediate communication. What was said above is good too and that gets you out there in general with consistency. The squeeze/landing pages same as your regular agent website can be submitted to search engines through Webmaster Tools such as http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools
Hopefully this info helps. I've been playing around with a few options but Wix had the ability to attach to Google Analytic for better tracking
