I would complain to the agent and then report them if they don't change them.

Thank you, I should be more precise. The photo in question is mine from a previous listing. So far, I've emailed the new listing agent and hope he'll remove it.

I have no problem with someone using my photos, especially ones that I do not have a further use for.

Silvia - I would do like most others have said, and contact the agent directly. If they didn't remove my photos, then I would talk with their Broker, and if that didn't work, then I would talk directly with my MLS.
I actually had an investor buy one of my listings, and their agent used my photos to list the home for rent as soon as the property was purchased. I guess you could say that I helped them get a lease on the home.

Thank you everyone. I emailed the new listing agent and he replied that he didn't know how that happened. ;-). But he will take it off. Using another agents photos without permission is a MLS violation in our area.

I would be emailing my MLS with this problem. A few years ago, I did have someone use some of my pictures. I thought it was very tacky of them to do that.

I would not interfer with that relationsbip but would report it to the MLS

I do not care about it. I have read that some agents delete the photos when listing expires or sells.
5,244,335
If you have no relationship with the seller, I don't think you should be "butting in." BUT, check with your MLS as it may be illegal to use another agent's photos without permission. It is in our MLS.

I would notify the agent.....and then call their broker if the pictures are not removed,
4,459,554
Not the seller, but the new listing agent, the Broker and your MLS should be notified...

Silvia,
I just read your comment, why don't you report about it to your local MLS? It is a clear violation and they would make him to remove them immediately.

Seller would not care about it.... Yet, if the seller paid for photography and video service( I know, it is rare, but happens)~ it is acceptable. Otherwise, it is stealing.

No, the seller wouldn't care about that, I would notify the agent that copied and the broker.

Silvia Dukes PA, REALTOR if I am that previous agent, than I certainly will do.
However, these pictures are similar at times. I got a complain from an agent who thought I am using her pictures - whereas I had hired a professional to take pictures (which I could prove it easily - otherwise....)

Sylvia,
It depends, this is a tough one. Many of our clients have professional photo shoots, and they own the photos. So, this could be explained to all parties concerned, or you hope the favor is returned to you next time. A

Hello Sylvia, I would have no qualms in politely asking the agent to remove my pics. There are programs for putting your personal water mark on any photo also. Not many of us would want to post a pic with another agents name. Mark

Silvia, I wouldn't make an issue of something like that. There have been a few times when I was both the first and third agent - I try to be gracious.

I think it makes more sense to ask the agent to remove them first. if that doesn't work, contact broker next. that should do it.

I would just contact the previous listing agent and leave it at that, if I where to do anything.

If i was not the one whose pictures were taken, i probably would not. But if i was, i would talk to the agent first, then perhaps the managing broker, then if nothing the real estate commission,.

That's tricky business. I would shy away from this personally unless I knew the seller.
