I do a workout 5 days a week (includes some yoga) and walk on a treadmill for stress relief. Boy have I needed more of that lately. The two together seem to get me through.

I get to the gym 4-5 times/week for weights and some light cardio.  I spend a lot of time on the hiking trails and playing sports.  After an especially stressful day I like to visit the batting cages and take some swings.

So glad to hear your routine, thank you. I spent many years as a gym rat. for over 20 years I would go the health club 6 or 7 times a week and be working out for 2 hours including 30 minutes of cardio, running on a tread mill or elliptical.

When I became serious about Real Estate 15 years ago I had no time for that and lost interest in having every muscle in my body rock hard. I am a middle aged over the hill guy and admit it. I got both sides of a $450k deal and rewarded myself with a Precor 546I Elliptical, the same industrial machine I was using at the gym. I try to do between 30 to 60 minutes 5 to 6 days of the week and I have a really nice Plasma on the wall in  front of it and I watch Netflix while I crank away. In the summer I Roller Blade and love to walk and talk by the lake front.

I do Gentle Yoga, swimming and bicycling.  I have had two back surgeries and a total knee replacement which limits what I can do without damaging my joints.

I have done yoga and would like to get back to that. I need to stretch more. I mainly walk for exercise.

Exercise three times at gym - and want to do more at home (used to do Yoga every morning - and want that habit back!)

Of course, eating habits is a great contributor for me to stay in shape.

I bought a treadmill. I had been using it non-stop and the last 3 days I have simply put it off. Tomorrow, I am back on it. I notice a HUGE change in my business when I do not focus on ME first.

Yoga and playing outdoors. I go for a walk in nature to de-stress.  I moved to the mountains (from Houston) so that I could enjoy being outside and staying fit and sane that way.  On the coldest of days, it's my dog that keeps me fit! If I don't give him at least a 1 mile hike in the woods, he drives me crazy later. Hiking, biking, swimming at the pool, yoga, skiing, snow-shoeing, weights at the gym.  I do the occasional video indoors when the temperature is -0 Fahrenheit. I like to look new stuff up on YouTube rather than buying DVDs anymore-even if I only have 10 minutes, there's lots of free yoga and workout videos on there.  Stay healthy everyone!

On some days, I think krav maga, boxing or martial arts would be a great stress reliever.

I take Pilates classes, lift weights, walk the dogs and get less cardio than I should.  No matter what, I do a one minute plank per day.  The plank-a-day probably sounds silly, but I said I'd do it, so I have to do it.

Cuttong wood, splitting wood, Maint. on rentals, lawn care and snow removal...It goes on and on.  I don't have time to git even a 1/2 hour into my schedule.  I have all I can do to get my stuff done here each day.

Noah,

We love yoga, walking, and we just started one of the best stretching exercises with zero impact cardio programs, and have gained so much from doing it, and of course we still do Yoga, and walk too.

Yoga for me as well. I just joined my local Equinox gym. I really like everything so far.  Even though, my present fitness level is close to nothing....., I'm intended to change it!

Yoga is my favorite.  I like to do one of the free video sessions on yogainternational.com, and then follow the workout with a 20+ minute walk around the neighborhood. It's an hour a day well spent.

I just went back to yoga. I try to take at least 3 yoga classes per week.

I admire to see older people who work hard in gyms and try to keep their bodies in shapes. It is so much easier to stay chained to the arm-char staring at tv....

I try to get to the gym at least 5 days a week. For me it's a combination of cardio and weights which have always worked best for me. I tried Yoga back in the 1970's and found it to be the most boring thing ever and have never tried it since.

I would love to have Elliptical at home:)

When i go to gym, I know that time is blocked for me ONLY. If I try to exercise at home......my kids or pets, cleaning, cooking, phone, emails, etc. will interrupt me in minutes.
