I had to upvote Ben's answer because that is so true. CRM in my opinion stands for Can't Remember Much, so what ever helps you Remember the best at the price you can afford is the right answer. I tried my own version of String Theory, but couldn't remember what the string around my finger was for.

The one you use. Even if its just Excel or Numbers. Some CRMs have options that make it easy, but if you dont use it, it doesnt matter.

Yes, I have to agree with the others. It's the program that you use everyday and rely on. I use Top Producer. It's very powerful but needs some time and expertise to get the hang of it.
