I have very mixed feelings about review sites in general and am selective about which ones I use. On Yelp, for example, anyone can write anything about you, true or false. On Trulia, I collect reviews, because I can invite those I wish to have review me....it offers a little more control.

I appreciate the feedback. I know one agent that really tries to get ranked high solely for the purpose of standing out from the competition. Although the odds of being sole souced due to the rankings, I know it has helped get him selected in a competitive situation with other Realtors for a listing.
