The Snapchat real estate broker guy!
I have been using snapchat in my business for 2 months now. Snapchat is staying. I post daily content. Mostly business related, house tours, inspections, RE how-to's, etc. Snapchat for me started out slow. I only had about 20 people watching my content daily. I thought maybe it wasn't working. Then I stopped for a few days. I recieved two phone calls from people wondering where I was and why I wasnt posting to snapchat. At this point I knew I could turn those 20 people into strong advocates for my business. Since then they have been my largest contributors to referrals and repeat business. I have both, I use insta more than snapchat. I think snapchat can be used to tell a story. But with insta it is easy to connect with others with the use of hash tags.
