HOW do you hi-light a name so that they get notified they have been MENTIONED in a comment?

If you want to include a person you have to add "@" sign and then enter their name. Example below.

Then start typing their name as it's displayed and you should be able to select it. Sometimes it doesn't work so you need to delete text or start a new line and try it again. You can put the tag at the beginning, in the middle or end of your response.
